Our client, a Reputable and Fast-Growing indigenous Engineering Company, seeks a commercially astute and vastly experienced Senior Business Development Officer to drive business growth, expand its market reach and secure strategic opportunities.

Your Mission

Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities. Develop strategic relationships with corporate clients, key decision-makers and business partners. Prepare compelling proposals, quotations and commercial presentations. Lead client negotiations and follow up opportunities through to contract award. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while delivering agreed revenue targets.

What You Must Bring

Relevant Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in business development, sales or commercial roles, preferably in engineering, construction or a related B2B sector. A demonstrable track record of winning business and meeting commercial targets. Strong networking, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills. Commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work independently. This role is for a Proven Contract winner who can turn relationships and opportunities into Purchase Orders!
