Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Pump Operator to oversee the safe and efficient operation of concrete pump units at construction sites. The successful candidate will supervise pumping activities, mentor junior operators, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and supervise concrete pump units safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and equipment setup.
Monitor pump performance and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate pumping activities with site personnel and mixer truck drivers.
Perform post-operation cleaning and equipment inspections.
Maintain operational and maintenance records.
Supervise and mentor junior operators and pump assistants.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
Report equipment faults and maintenance needs promptly.
RequirementsCandidates should possess an SSCE or OND qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating concrete pump equipment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
Experience in construction, ready-mix concrete, or manufacturing is preferred.
SalaryN250,000 / Month.
