Summary
A growing real estate development and investment group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Associate to provide strategic legal advisory services across corporate, commercial, real estate, regulatory compliance and governance matters.
Key Requirements
LL.B. and B.L. qualifications with admission to practise law in Nigeria.
7 - 10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, land documentation and title verification.
Sound knowledge of corporate governance, legal risk management and dispute resolution.
Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
