About the Role
We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media & Content Creator to manage the online presence of two distinct brands: a founder-led personal brand and a consumer lifestyle brand.
The successful candidate will handle content strategy, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, publishing, community management and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop content strategies, monthly calendars and weekly production schedules for both brands.
Create and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, graphics, carousels and Stories.
Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions and storytelling content.
Maintain distinct brand identities and adapt content to each platform.
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Manage comments, mentions and DMs during agreed working hours.
Track performance and prepare monthly reports.
Research trends and use analytics to improve content.
Maintain organised content libraries and protect confidential brand information.
Content Deliverables
Brand 1: Founder-Led Personal Brand:
Instagram: 4 posts per week.
TikTok: At least 1 post daily.
LinkedIn: 1 post per week.
Stories: As required.
Brand 2: Consumer Lifestyle Brand:
Instagram: 4–5 posts per week.
Facebook: Adapted Instagram content.
TikTok: At least 1 post daily.
LinkedIn: 1–2 posts per week.
Pinterest: 2–3 pins per week.
Stories: As required.
Content volume may increase during campaigns, launches and special events.
RequirementsProven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong short-form video editing and graphic design skills.
Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling abilities.
Understanding of hooks, audience retention, engagement and CTAs.
Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
Experience managing multiple brands across social media platforms.
Strong organisation, creativity and deadline management.
Reliable internet and suitable equipment for remote work.
Portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design and copywriting.

SalaryN250,000 / month.
