Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong content creation skills to manage the company’s social media presence, develop engaging content, grow online communities, and increase brand visibility and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals. Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. Produce short-form videos, reels, graphics, captions, stories, and other digital content. Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar. Manage the company’s social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging content formats. Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create promotional and campaign content. Cover company events, property/project activities, and other business engagements through photos and videos. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth. Use analytics to identify successful content and improve future campaigns. Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with advertisers where required. Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all digital platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Consistent production and publication of quality content. Growth in followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Increased enquiries and qualified leads generated through social media. Timely execution of content calendars and campaigns. Quality and creativity of visual/video content. Effective community management and response time. Monthly achievement of agreed social media growth and engagement targets.


Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role. Strong content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills. Ability to shoot and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Strong knowledge of current social media trends and content formats. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. A strong creative portfolio or examples of previous work will be an advantage.


Salary

N150,000 - N180,000 / month.  Application Closing Date
