Job Duties
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Develop and implement a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently.
Write compelling captions, headlines, and promotional copy.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement, and respond professionally.
Grow the company’s online presence, followers, reach, and engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform changes.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for improved content and engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
Assist with planning and promoting campaigns, promotions, product launches, and special events.
Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, advertisements, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
Create visually appealing marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional activities.
Edit photos and videos for social media and other digital platforms.
Create short-form video content, reels, and promotional videos where required.
Ensure consistency in fonts, colours, logos, imagery, and overall brand presentation.
Resize and adapt designs for different social media platforms and marketing channels.
Work with management/marketing teams to turn ideas and briefs into creative visual content.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
SalaryN120,000 - N150,000 / month.
