Job Summary
Mshel Homes is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Strategy Officer to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic initiatives and business growth plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of the company's corporate strategy and business plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Assist in the preparation of strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for management review.
Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives against set objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with departmental heads to align departmental goals with overall corporate strategy.
Support in identifying business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.
Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and business cases for new projects and initiatives.
Monitor industry, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations.
Support the planning and execution of strategy review sessions and retreats.
Maintain accurate records of strategic plans, project timelines, and performance data.
Carry out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably considers necessary or proper in the interest of the Company, in your capacity as a Strategy Officer.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or a related role.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to management.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
