Strategy & Operations Analyst

We are looking for a tech-savvy Strategy & Operations Analyst to support Kuda’s leadership team in delivering on high-priority initiatives and driving operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and is motivated by impact.

You will play a key role in driving alignment across teams by supporting OKR tracking, leading quarterly business reviews, improving our Notion-based operating system, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:


Support company-wide OKRs, helping teams define objectives, track progress, and stay focused on strategic goals.
Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring effective progress reviews, early identification of blockers, and clear next steps.
Manage and improve Kuda’s internal operating processes, leveraging Notion and other tools to optimise dashboards, templates, and team workflows.
Identify and drive continuous improvement, optimising processes and introducing efficiencies across teams.
Provide analytical and operational support to leadership, turning data into actionable insights to inform key decisions.


Requirements


2-3 years experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or fast-paced startup environments.
Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.
Tech-savvy mindset with solid proficiency in tools like Notion, Google Sheets/Slides, and a proactive approach to adopting new tools.
Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Self-starter attitude, comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes independently.
Bonus points for experience in fintech, operational excellence, or strategy roles in high-growth environments.
