Position Summary

Bloombreed Schools is recruiting motivated, skilled, and innovative teachers to become part of our academic staff. The chosen applicants will be expected to:


Develop and implement high-quality, student-focused lessons that align with national and international educational standards.
Utilize contemporary teaching methods, incorporating digital resources to improve learning outcomes.
Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and intellectually challenging classroom atmosphere.
Craft and conduct appropriate ongoing and final assessments to track student progress.
Keep accurate records and provide timely feedback to students and their parents.
Work together with colleagues to promote a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Participate in school-wide initiatives, extracurricular programs, and co-curricular activities.
Exemplify and promote the school's core values and expectations for academic and moral excellence.


Required Qualifications & Criteria


At minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
TRCN certification (or proof of ongoing registration process).
A minimum of 2–3 years of verifiable teaching experience in a formal school environment.
Proven ability to integrate ICT in classroom instruction.
Superior written and verbal English language skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.


Preferred Qualification:


Familiarity with the Cambridge International Curriculum and IGCSE will be considered a significant advantage.
