Duties

Aiding customers with financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving account discrepancies or complaints, and addressing inquiries.
Educating customers about bank products and services.
Monitoring, documenting, reporting, and archiving information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all data is precise and comprehensive.
Managing and balancing cash drawers and rectifying discrepancies.
Bundling cash and wrapping coins for storage in drawers or the bank vault.
Maintaining a tidy, organized workspace and a professional appearance.
Managing currency, transactions, and confidential information responsibly.
Utilizing software to monitor bank information and generate reports.
Adhering to all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

Maximum age of 26 years
HND in a relevant field may be preferred.
Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be necessary.
Ability to pass a background check.
Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service abilities.
Fundamental math and computer skills.
High degree of accountability, efficiency, and precision.
Strong sales skills are advantageous.
Professional demeanor and courteous manner.
