They are seeking highly motivated and analytical graduates to join its team as Tracker Graduate Trainees. Successful candidates should possess strong numerical and analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.

Monitor and track operational data to support business performance. Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel. Analyze data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's  Degree or HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or any closely related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
