Job Title: Vocational Skill Teacher (Fashion Design & Garment Making) / House Parent
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
Teach practical and theoretical aspects of Fashion Design and Garment Making.
Train students in pattern drafting, fabric selection, cutting, sewing, and garment finishing.
Supervise vocational projects and assess students' progress.
Provide pastoral care, guidance, and welfare support to boarding students.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a conducive living environment within the hostel.
Monitor students' daily activities and ensure adherence to school rules and regulations.
RequirementsRelevant qualification or certification in Fashion Design, Garment Making, or a related field.
Proven practical experience in fashion design and tailoring.
Experience in student care, hostel management, or a similar pastoral role is an added advantage.
Strong communication, mentoring, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to student welfare.
