 Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Luxpowertek Nigeria is looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our Port Harcourt branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, documentation, inventory control, and dispatch of products while maintaining accurate warehouse records.

Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming products and materials. Organize and maintain warehouse stock in a safe, orderly, and accessible manner. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Prepare products and documentation for dispatch and delivery. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products within the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, transferred, and returned. Report damaged, missing, expired, or discrepant items promptly. Work closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to coordinate stock movement. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure. Support periodic inventory audits and stock-taking exercises. Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain  Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Must have 1–3 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience. Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other inventory/warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Physical fitness and willingness to handle warehouse-related activities. Experience in the solar, inverter, battery, electrical, electronics, or power solutions industry will be an added advantage.
