Accounts Receivable Accountant

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Accountant located in Mowe.
The Accounts Receivable Accountant will handle day-to-day tasks including managing invoicing, accounting processes, and ensuring accurate financial records.
The role involves detailed financial analysis, monitoring accounts, and effective communication with clients regarding outstanding balances.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Tracking & Invoicing


Generate and dispatch accurate patient and vendor invoices.
Verify billing documentation to ensure compliance with internal protocols.
Track outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.


Receivables Reconciliation & Reporting


Record and reconcile incoming payments against accounts.
Maintain and update accounts receivable ledger.
Prepare aging reports and monthly revenue summaries.
Escalate delinquent accounts and support resolution efforts.


Customer Liaison & Record Management


Serve as point of contact for billing inquiries and disputes.
Work collaboratively with the Finance and Patient Services teams.
Maintain thorough records for auditing, reporting, and compliance purposes.


Qualifications


Strong Analytical Skills and Finance background
Experience in Accounting and Invoicing processes
Excellent Communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency with accounting software and tools
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
