Branda is recruiting qualified and suitable candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts and detailed design drawings. Produce professional 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations. Conduct site assessments and coordinate with engineers, builders and other project teams. Develop functional space plans and interior layouts. Prepare material specifications and cost-conscious design proposals. Ensure designs comply with relevant building and safety requirements. Oversee design implementation during construction. Attend virtual and physical client/project meetings. Maintain proper project documentation and design revisions. Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Architecture or a related field. 2-5 years relevant experience in architectural or interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software. Strong spatial planning and interior layout skills. Ability to interpret and coordinate structural and MEP requirements. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid setup, including site visits. Strong accountability and time-management skills.
