We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven B2B Partnership Manager to lead partnership development efforts and build strategic relationships with schools, employers, corporations, NGOs, industry associations, development organizations, and government agencies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving student acquisition, industry collaborations, employment opportunities, and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute partnership growth strategies.
Identify and engage prospective partners across education, corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Build relationships with schools and institutions to drive student enrollment initiatives.
Secure internship, apprenticeship, mentorship, and job placement opportunities through employer partnerships.
Pursue sponsorship, scholarship, and workforce development opportunities with corporate organizations.
Manage partner relationships and ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
Maintain a strong partnership pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, Economics, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience within education, EdTech, consulting, training, or startup environments is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
SalaryN350,000 – N400,000 monthly + Performance Bonus
