Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Analyst to identify growth opportunities, analyse market trends, develop business strategies, and support revenue growth within a recycling company or related FMCG industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and industry trends.
Analyse sales performance, market data, competitors, and business growth opportunities.
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, feasibility reports, and market intelligence reports.
Support client acquisition, sales growth, contract negotiations, and business expansion initiatives.
Monitor sales pipelines, customer engagement, and business development performance.
Analyse business performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management, sales, operations, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
RequirementsHND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in business development, market research, sales analysis, or commercial strategy.
Experience in a recycling company, manufacturing, or related FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, research, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI, CRM software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to identify business opportunities, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Commercial awareness, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
BenefitsSalary: Up to N300,000 monthly
