Our client is seeking to employ a results-driven Business Development Officer to join its team.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Support the execution of business development and revenue-growth strategies. Generate leads and convert prospects into new business opportunities. Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities. Prepare business proposals, presentations and client reports. Support strategic partnerships and client acquisition initiatives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and delivery.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience working in a bank, fintech, investment banking, merchant banking, asset management, or related financial services organisation. Proven experience in business development, sales, relationship management or client acquisition. Good understanding of financial products and services. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Strong commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
