Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our brand presence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying high-value opportunities, converting leads, and securing long-term client retainerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, nurture, and convert high-quality sales leads.
Pitch business offerings through compelling presentations and written proposals.
Manage customer engagement and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate contract terms to secure recurring revenue and retainerships.
Drive brand promotion and implement strategies to expand market reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2 - 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong pipeline management and client retainership tracking capabilities.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 per month.
