Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Sales Specialist to drive business growth, secure new opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and supporting overall business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Attend industry events and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage sales records and transactions using ERP tools.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals with clients.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in ERP tools or willingness to learn.
• •Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Ajah, Lagos.

Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 monthly.
