We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chartered Accountant II (Accounts Payables)

Locations: Wasimi - Ogun, Ibadan - Oyo and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports.
  • Record and monitor accounts receivablescash flows, and petty cash activities.
  • Prepare tax schedules and assist in filing all statutory obligations.
  • Support fixed asset management, depreciation schedules, and project costing.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and support procurement-related payment processing.
  • Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and HR/Admin to ensure compliance with financial procedures.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • ICAN or ACCA certification (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in logistics, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience in corporate finance management, financial modeling, and audit coordination.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Familiarity with Nigerian tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
