The Content Creator Manager will be responsible for developing creative content concepts, scripting, shooting, editing, and coordinating content production across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to independently take an idea from concept to final published content, while maintaining high visual and brand standards.

Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand and target audience. Write short-form scripts, storylines and content concepts for social media. Plan and execute video and photography shoots. Produce high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms. Edit short-form videos and prepare content for publication. Apply appropriate colour correction and colour grading while maintaining natural skin tones and accurate product colours. Use appropriate lighting, camera angles, composition, text, sound and transitions to improve content quality. Stay updated on relevant social media trends and identify opportunities to adapt them to the brand. Develop content that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, customer enquiries and sales. Collaborate with the Social Media, Sales and other relevant teams to develop effective content. Maintain a consistent visual identity and quality standard across all content. Review completed content carefully before submission or publication. Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content. Maintain an organised content production schedule and ensure deadlines are met. Take ownership of content production and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Communications, Film Production, Creative Arts or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, digital media, social media or a related role. Strong practical experience in video shooting and editing. Strong photography and visual composition skills. Proficiency with video editing and creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar software. Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, sound, colour grading and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form content. Ability to identify, understand and creatively adapt relevant social media trends. Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

The successful candidate must be more than someone who can operate a camera or edit videos. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, identify opportunities, solve production problems, understand the audience, and independently turn an idea into compelling content. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.

₦200,000 monthly, subject to experience and demonstrated competence.
