Job Title: Electrical Engineering Technician I

Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician I to support field electrical maintenance activities, electrical isolation (LOTO), and contractor supervision for lighting, air-conditioning, motor maintenance, and related activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesVerify and issue electrical work permits to contractors.
Supervise contractors and immediately intervene in unsafe acts.
Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews with contractors.
Ensure scheduled work starts on time and promptly escalate unresolved issues.
Monitor contractors’ work quality and compliance with Maintenance Procedures & Practices (MPP).
Provide daily progress updates to the First Line Supervisor (FLS) and Planner.
Obtain FLS approval before implementing any changes.
Verify and accept completed work.
RequirementsRelevant technical certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience in a closely related position.
Strong communication and field reporting skills.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
