Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Port Harcourt for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
Experience in IT support or a related field
Hand-on knowledge of Windows 11 in an enterprise environment, Microsoft Intune, Patching, Troubleshooting network printers
QualificationsBSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
3 – 5 years experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
Experience working in a telecommunications company.
ITILv4 Certification is a plus.
