We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth Executive (Marketing)

Location: Lekki - Ikota Axis, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer growth and engagement.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer acquisition channels.
• Work on brand visibility strategies both online and offline.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with the content and social media team to align growth efforts.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Attend relevant events or activations to promote the brand and services.

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in a marketing or growth role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-oriented with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Must reside in or around the Lekki - Ikota axis (this is a must for daily commute efficiency).
• Proximity to Lekki-Ikota axis is required.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in startup or fast-paced business environments.
• Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Ability to use tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms.
