About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, presenting property opportunities, following up with leads and supporting the company in achieving its sales objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with prospective clients
Present real estate products and investment opportunities to potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Respond professionally to client enquiries
Conduct lead follow-ups and maintain accurate records
Support property marketing and promotional activities
Work toward agreed sales targets.
RequirementsNot more than 25 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional personality
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Smart and presentable appearance
Ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients
Strong interest in real estate and sales
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not essential where the candidate demonstrates strong sales potential.
