Summary
Hotel Capitol is seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Personnel (GRP) for a senior-level role within our Front Office department.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure excellent guest experiences and satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests.
Support and coordinate front office operations.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service delivery.
RequirementsMust be a graduate with a completed NYSC programme.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel front office operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong guest relations and complaint-handling abilities.
Good knowledge of hotel front office procedures.
Professional appearance, leadership skills, and a guest-focused attitude.
Applicants residing around Ojodu Berger and its environs are strongly preferred.
