Clearpay is a LicenseMicro-Finance bank under the CBN regulations and has been in existence for about 5 years. The bank is duly incorprated and is insured under the NDIC program.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Enterprise Risk

Location: Maitama, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven professional with at least 7 years of experience in the financial industry — preferably within a Microfinance Bank.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in ensuring due diligence and effective risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

Credit risk assessment and analysis
Loan portfolio monitoring and management
Credit scoring and reporting
Credit policy implementation and regulatory compliance
Risk mitigation and due diligence strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Relevant certifications in credit or risk management
A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
