 Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards. Monitor HSE performance and identify areas for improvement. Participate in risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Provide safety training and guidance to employees. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with departments to promote workplace safety and environmental responsibility. Prepare HSE reports for management review.

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in HSE or a related field. Knowledge of HSE regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
