Job Title: Human Resource Manager (HRM)

Location: Ogun
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within the organization.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws, driving employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee performance management systems and ensure continuous staff development.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs for staff at all levels.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to guide management decision-making.
• Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration effectively.
• Promote employee engagement, well-being, and company culture.
• Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 6 years proven experience in HR Management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Membership/Certification with CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM will be an added advantage.

Salary
N350,00 - N400,000 Monthly.
