Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About this Role
Gourmet Twist is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and driving organizational growth through effective talent management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to build a diverse and high-performing team.
Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and equitable.
Lead the annual performance management process and provide coaching to managers on employee evaluations.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including state and federal labor laws.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement levels.
Foster a positive and inclusive corporate culture through internal communications and team-building events.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR Generalist role.
Proven track record of handling complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring junior HR staff.
High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have:Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR).
Experience working in a rapidly scaling or high-growth environment.
Advanced Degree in HR or Organizational Development.
