We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare.
Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports.
Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organisational development.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Have experience in Chemical production company
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
SalaryN500,000 per month.
