We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items, including fresh produce, packaged goods, and supplies.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
Monitor stock levels and raise timely alerts for replenishment needs.
Track inventory usage and movement across the store, warehouse, and outlets,
Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures and monitor expiry dates and shelf life.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all storage areas.
Update stock management systems or registers daily.
Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Document all stock issued to production, sales, and dispatch teams.
Maintain proper records of receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
RequirementsCandidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or HND with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent in verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
Willing to work shifts and must reside in ogudu and its environs.
Renumeration
N130,000 - 150,000 naira monthly
