 Job Title: Lead Generation Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads for the investment product, PropertyVest. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable investment options. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales updates. Represent the organization professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and business engagements. Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through transaction completion. Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms. Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines. Promote Blue Earth Properties through online and offline marketing campaigns. Provide weekly reports on clients’ feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance. Suggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility, investment and sales. Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. Follow up on documentation, payments, and other processes. Customer satisfaction and referral rate.

Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. with 1 – 4 years of experience in real estate.
