We are seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Marketer to join our growing real estate team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate properties, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, conducting property presentations and inspections, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Market and promote the company's real estate properties and investment opportunities. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, field marketing, and other channels. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested clients. Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities. Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Stay informed about the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.

Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, banking, insurance, or a related field is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Must be comfortable with field marketing and meeting prospective clients. Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
