Job Title: Lead - Instrumentation & Controls Assurance Consultant
Location: Lagos
Key Focus Areas
Field instrumentation
Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
SCADA systems
Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD)
Control valves and process analyzers
Control-loop testing and commissioning
Functional safety testing and instrumentation assurance
RequirementsBachelor's Eegree in the relevant Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Significant experience on industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, fertilizer, power, manufacturing, or major infrastructure projects.
Relevant professional registration or chartered status, such as COREN, CEng, PE, MRICS, FRICS, NIQS, RQS, or equivalent, as applicable to the discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading technical, engineering, quantity surveying, cost, commercial, or assurance teams.
Experience in EPC/EPCM, Owner's Engineer, Third-Party Inspection, Project Assurance, Construction Supervision, Technical Audit, or Cost/Commercial Assurance environments.
Strong understanding of contractor progress verification, quality assurance, risk identification, documentation, and certification processes.
Excellent leadership, analytical, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
High professional integrity, independence and impartiality.
Ability and willingness to work in Nigeria for the duration of the assignment.
