Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

The Marketer will support the planning and execution of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, attract customers, and support business growth. The role requires a combination of creativity, communication, market research, and execution skills.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities. Identify and engage potential customers through appropriate marketing channels. Support the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and campaigns. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence where required. Generate and follow up on marketing leads in collaboration with the sales team. Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, events, promotions, and other marketing activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights that can support marketing decisions. Build relationships with prospective customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Track marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation. Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand and business objectives. Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage. Good understanding of marketing principles and customer acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability. Good research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools is an advantage.
