About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The role involves developing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, supporting business development, and using market insights to improve the company's marketing performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and other internal teams while coordinating external partners, agencies, and freelancers where required.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage marketing activities across social media, search, display advertising, websites, and messaging platforms.
Plan and coordinate physical activations, promotions, market research, and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with the Sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition activities.
Develop marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign resources to support sales initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, including its contribution to lead generation and sales.
Coordinate the work of internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and other external marketing partners.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Research market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities.
Provide regular marketing performance updates, insights, and recommendations to management.
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
Ensure marketing projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing performance-focused marketing campaigns.
Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors or agencies.
Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and market data.
Creative, proactive, and commercially minded approach to marketing.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 / month.
