Create, manage and participate in the learning environment and activities that allow students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. The teacher will work with department members, teachers and school leaders to create instructional resources and build skills with students across the classrooms, provide lesson plans and collaborate with teachers on creating a learning environment where every student can reach their maximum potential

Key Responsibilities and Duties

 Teaching Mathematics to Class of students/year group. Planning and Developing Mathematics teaching strategies. Implementing teaching lessons according to the grade level. Developing teaching materials and teaching aids. Paying attention to struggling students. Preparing assessments and examinations as per the educational curriculum. Researching various teaching methods and materials. Fluency in concepts and subject areas of study.

Minimum of a B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Ed Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Master’s qualifications and TRCN are added advantages. Minimum of 5 years work experience Proven experience as a teacher Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good Analytical skills. Exceptional Attention to Detail. Outstanding problem-solving skills. Relevant professional qualifications and certifications will be an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to educational excellence.
