The Medical Officer will provide comprehensive clinical care, support preventive health initiatives, and contribute to the hospital’s mission of delivering high‑quality healthcare services.

Conduct routine patient examinations and health assessments. Diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions and injuries. Prescribe medications with clear instructions for safe use. Perform minor surgical and clinical procedures when required. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records. Provide health education and lifestyle counselling to patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Stay informed on current medical practices and participate in professional development. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

MBBS Degree with full registration and certification by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Current practicing license. Minimum of 1 year post‑NYSC clinical experience in a hospital setting. Strong diagnostic and clinical decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement.
