We are seeking an experienced and result driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Bulkwash Services, supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the day to day operations of the laundry facility Supervise and coordinate laundry and administrative staff Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance Ensure customers receive excellent and timely service Monitor laundry processes from receiving to washing, drying, ironing, packaging and delivery Manage customer complaints and resolve operational issues Monitor inventory, detergents, packaging materials and other supplies Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and the facility Maintain accurate operational and financial records Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and business growth Ensure employees comply with company policies and safety standards.

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory position Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, retail or other service businesses is an advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organisational and problem solving abilities Must be computer literate Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively Applicant must reside within Egbelu, Ogbogoro, Iwofe, Ada George or Eliopranwo axis.
