Job Summary
FMR Agency is recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for a client in the beauty industry.
The successful candidate will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote beauty products professionally while working towards sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential customers in person, online, and over the phone.
Build relationships with salons, spas, retail stores, and individual customers.
Promote and sell beauty products using strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in product launches, industry events, and training sessions.
Keep up with beauty trends and competitor activities.
Provide customer feedback to the relevant teams.
Assist with inventory, order processing, and payment follow-ups when required.
RequirementsHND or Bachelor's degree.
Previous sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
SalaryN110,000 monthly.
