Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and sales-driven Van Sales Pilot responsible for delivering products to customers, driving and maintaining the company vehicle, and increasing sales within an assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive safely and deliver products accurately and on time.
Sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
Identify new customers and develop strong customer relationships.
Collect, record, and remit payments in line with company procedures.
Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, roadworthiness, and service records.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, sales, returns, and payments.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular reports.
RequirementsValid driver's licence and proven driving experience.
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
Experience in van sales, route sales, delivery, or distribution is an advantage.
Strong communication, customer service, and selling skills.
Basic numeracy and record-keeping abilities.
Honesty, punctuality, accountability, and good time management.
Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and reporting.
SalaryN200,000 monthly + commission and performance bonuses
