Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and promote our products and services within the chemicals and oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales generation, commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, and converting business opportunities into profitable sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales revenue and profitability in line with assigned targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with oil and gas operators, IOCs, NOCs, EPC contractors, and oilfield service companies.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to secure orders and contracts.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
Coordinate customer orders, product availability, delivery schedules, and invoicing with internal teams.
Monitor sales performance, customer payments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on business development opportunities.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and commercial negotiations.
Experience selling oilfield chemicals, industrial chemicals, production solutions, engineering services, or related technical products will be an advantage.
Good understanding of the Nigerian oil and gas market and corporate procurement processes.
Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, develop customer accounts, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
