Job Description

• We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator Manager who is fun, creative, and skilled at using TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to grow our online presence and engage our audience.

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content that promotes the brand’s visibility and drives engagement.
• You’ll take charge of our social media pages, trends, and campaigns — bringing fresh, original ideas to life through creative videos and visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and edit videos, photos, and reels that align with the brand’s tone and goals.
• Stay updated on trends, sounds, and hashtags to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
• Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate shoots when necessary.
• Work closely with management to align social media efforts with company objectives.
• Track analytics and report on growth, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media content creator or manager (preferably for lifestyle or production brands).
• Strong video editing and content creation skills (especially for TikTok & Instagram Reels).
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Creative eye for design, captions, and storytelling.
• Must be self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Resides within or near Sangotedo/Ajah axis.
