About the Job 

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of PR industry trends, and the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies that align with company's goals

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive social media strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and present social media plans that align with company's objectives.
• Generate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
• Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
• Foster positive online interactions and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Manage online communities and cultivate brand advocates.
• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven findings to optimize results.
• Execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify campaign reach.
• Manage ad campaigns and budgets effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Provide recommendations for innovative social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in social media management for a fashion, beauty, lifestyle brand or PR and agency setting.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Must be able to create ads for social media and be skilled in SEO
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for fashion and beauty industry.
