Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the organization’s digital presence, content strategy, and online brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media and digital content strategies.
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create engaging, industry-relevant content and manage the content calendar.
Drive audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, and digital campaigns.
Manage paid social media campaigns and track campaign performance.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations.
Work with management and creative teams to develop compelling digital content.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or related field.
7–8 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Proven experience creating short-form videos, reels, social media graphics, and other digital content.
Experience with social media management and scheduling platforms.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, branding, and communication skills.
SalaryN800,000 / Month (Net).
