Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of Goodland Spa.
• The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, effective team management, and smooth execution of spa treatments and operations.
• The Spa Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, profitability, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and front desk officers.
• Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and organize regular training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve client issues professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and client retention.
• Track sales, revenue, and operational expenses to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services and offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in spa or wellness management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of spa services, products, and equipment.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and spa management tools.
• Must reside in Abuja.
