The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa and wellness treatments while ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. The role involves conducting skin consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products, and providing professional spa services in line with organizational standards and hygiene protocols.

Conduct skin consultations, skin analysis, and develop appropriate treatment plans based on client needs. Recommend suitable skincare products and aftercare routines to enhance and maintain treatment results. Perform various facial treatments including:

Basic Glow-Up Facial Acne Facial Brightening Facial Anti-Aging Facial Calming Facial

Carry out Hydra Facial treatments professionally and safely. Perform Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning procedures. Provide body treatments including body scrub, body polish, and steam bath sessions. Administer Hammam bath treatments. Deliver professional massage therapies including:

Swedish Massage Aromatherapy Massage Deep Tissue Massage Hot Stone Massage Wood Therapy

Perform manicure and pedicure services. Carry out professional waxing services. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all spa equipment, tools, and treatment areas. Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout treatments. Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress. Stay updated on industry trends, beauty products, and treatment techniques. Adhere to all health, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role. Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or related field.(Optional) Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and spa procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and attitude. Attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
