Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and technically proficient Technical Coordinator to coordinate non-routine maintenance activities and provide technical support
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate non-routine maintenance (NRM) activities within the assigned operations.
Interface with customers on non-routine maintenance activities and related technical matters.
Follow up on NRM requests to ensure timely execution and resolution.
Escalate technical, operational and customer-related issues requiring management attention.
Maintain proper records and documentation of NRM activities, interventions and customer engagements..
Qualification and Requirements
HND, B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or a related technical field.
Relevant professional certification in Engineering, Project Management or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in telecommunications, technical operations or maintenance.
Good knowledge of telecom infrastructure and maintenance operations.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and field teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
